One of the Most Critical Project Management phases is the Project Management Planning phase. In this phase, you will begin planning for all the critical elements of your project such as detail project details, project management schedule, and budget.
Basically, the project planning phase is to come up with an overall roadmap for your project team so that everyone in the team knows their roles and responsibilities and the timeline of the project. The plan is also serves as an important communication tool for both the stakeholders and the project team. There are 3 important components for the project planning phase, which are the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) which we will cover more later in the WBS page, the project schedule, and the project budget.
